Diddy Expecting Twin Girls/Paul Wall New Album/Beef: The Series/Tyson Back

I had a post about diddy having twins a long time ago, it turns out the twins will be girls, good luck Diddy. Link

Paul Wall is getting ready to release a new album early 2007. According to MTV.com

Wall's LP isn't going to drop until early next year, but he's already thinking about the first single. "I Don't Care Anymore," which samples Phil Collins' song of the same name, is looking like a front-runner, but there are still records being made with Mariah Carey, Kanye West, T.I. and Bob Marley.

"This one we did with [the] Phil Collins [sample] is off the hook, man," Wall said. "It's just talking about, 'I don't care anymore if people are talking down.' He says something in the hook, 'We don't play by the same rules anyway.' And that's just how we feel about so many things we've dealt with. So much hate in the city, outside the city, just in the music industry — in the buildings with the executives, with just a lot of different people, man. From day one, we've dealt with so much adversity and so many people just trying to bring us down or tear us apart. They playing by different rules. They playing dirty."

On the album, Wall said he's definitely going to stay true to one of his most popular hallmarks — party music — but he insisted he has much more to offer.

"I got a couple songs about diamonds and grills," he said with another smile, "but if you listen to the album, you'll see that there might be two songs about grills or chains or diamonds or cars, but then it's 11 songs about completely other, different topics. It might be hustling, it might be real-life stories and situations, some things that people can relate to."

Tyson is scheduled to have an exhibition fight October 20th. This is the first step into what is being called, "The Mike Tyson World Tour." According to the BBC, Tyson states:

"I do not know why people want to see me again - I do not deserve it," said Tyson. "I am not useful for society, but the public continue to follow me.

"My physical condition is terrible. I am only able to fight for three or four rounds.

"The money that I will receive from this tour will not help me a lot. But it will be useful for me, as it will do me good not to feel depressed."

Met, "The Game," and Some Other People at a Celebrity Poker Game

Managed to get backstage for, "Hip Hop Hold Em." Its a show where music industry cats come to play Poker, the winner receives a $10,000 donation to the charity of their choice. The host is Ed Lover and people playing included, The Game, Rahzel, Lord Finesse, International P, and Marcus Williams from the Nets. People chilling there included Blackwall Street, Jimmy Henchmen and Bryce Wilson.

Everyone was mad cool. Rahzel was mad laid back we just was chilling while he was waiting for his car. Making some jokes asked a few question nothing major. Ed Lover was chilling making jokes the whole time, mad nice to everyone. International P and Lord Finesse was chatting a little, they were down to earth. DJ Scratch was talking about how he checks his myspace page and replies to all his fans.

When Game came through, every thing got shut down, he came rolling deep with two huge security guards and his crew including Jimmy Henchmen(Game's Manager). Blackwall Street was with him and one of the guys had on a huge Blackwall Street chain. Blackwall Street was mad cool, taking pictures without problems. Jimmy Henchmen kept to himself, mainly on the phone. If you don't know who he is, he is the guy that supposedly set up Tupac when he got shot in NY, also was said to have run Rikers(NY Prison) in the 80s, so yea he's not someone to play around with. Game wasn't talking much, he stayed with the mean grill when taking pictures. With Game standing right in front of me I would say he's probably 6'3. His chain is impressive but for some reason I thought it would be bigger. Having the LA tattoo put over the butterfly tattoo wasn't a good idea, and the tattoo on his neck is huge. He had on a Miskeen shirt with him and son, I believe its the one he had on at TRL.

It was a cool little event, the only thing that sucked was they had Free on the taping before I came, DAMN.

Ludacris Release Therapy Album Review, Listen to his New Song

Ludacris changes style in new album

By REBECCA LOUIE
For the Associated Press
NEW YORK - He's pocketed platinum albums as a campy rap character and nabbed Hollywood props in the Oscar-worthy films "Crash" and "Hustle and Flow." But these days, Ludacris just wants to be himself. On his new album, "Release Therapy," Chris "Ludacris" Bridges peppers his usual raunchy club bangers with introspective, socially conscious tracks. Tackling ghetto strife, prison life, Hurricane Katrina and the struggles of women, Luda said his latest work represents a 29-year-old man with a daughter and a vision. "Life is about growth and change and that's what's happening right now," he said. "Once you get to your late 20s, a lot of things start becoming more clear. You're just trying to be a better person."
"Therapy's" first single, however, plays it safe: "Money Maker," featuring Pharrell Williams, is about jiggling body parts and subsequent things to do with them (other album guests include R. Kelly, Young Jeezy, Beanie Sigel, Pimp C and C-Murder). "Money Maker" is climbing the charts, but whether fans will embrace Luda's new message remains to be seen. "I feel in Luda's career, his over-the-topness ended up being a detriment because he didn't make a real connection to the audience," said Elliott Wilson, editor in chief of hip-hop magazine XXL. "It's becoming more and more frustrating for him and I think that he's challenging himself to reinvent himself, to show more sides." Ludacris offered another explanation."My [5-year-old] daughter has had a major impact in my life," he said. "Struggles that go on with younger ladies, with child abuse, early pregnancies, I just feel like talking about it is the first step in trying to solve the problem."
You can hear his new song, "Girls Gone Wild," Here.

First Nas, and now Fabolous has his Album Pushed Back

Fabolous new album, "From the Bottom to the Top," was suppose to drop this December but now will be pushed back to February 2007. According to AllHipHop.com:

"Due to conflicts with the original October release date, Fabolous said the album was pushed back to December and is now slated to hit stores next year, featuring production by Just Blaze, Jazze Pha, and Kanye West, among others."

"Fabolous plans to precede his Def Jam release with the second installment of his mixtape Loso's Way, which will arrive in December. "

"I wanted to do it during December when people are home from work and school," Fabolous said. "Give them [fans] a chance to zone out, to get them hype for the February release."

Rumor Terrell Owens May Have Attempted Suicide(Owens Says its not True)

"Flamboyant Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens attempted suicide by overdosing on prescription pain medication Tuesday, even putting two more pills into his mouth after a friend intervened, according to a police report obtained by The Associated Press. "

Full Story

"He said Wednesday the confusion likely stemmed from an empty bottle of pain medication found by his publicist, who was with him at the time and called 911. He said the rest of the pills were in a drawer."
