Mike Tyson Just Won't Throw in the Towel

40 year old Mike Tyson has decided to return to fighting. This time not boxing, but a Pride Fighting Championship show consisting of mixed martial arts fighting. Mike Tyson has had little success in the boxing world in years, after being released from jail he never lived up to the hype he had before being incarcerated, winning only 5 matches in his last 12, including 2 no contest.
Tyson had retired from boxing June 11th 2005, after losing a fight to a no name boxer. He lost three out of his four last matches. The viscous skills Tyson once had diminished to the point where he can't cut it as a mid level boxer.
Reportedly Tyson after all those years of boxing still wasn't financially stable, and has seven children to provide for. I'm assuming Tyson's return to fighting may be financially motivated. It sad to see Tyson in this old state with little skills still fighting, it seems it like is the only way he knows how to make money. Even though he has lost his skills, people continue to watch in hopes of seeing a glimpse of the fighter he once was. Maybe when the world realizes that man is now gone, Tyson will realize it too.
